All About Dillon Francis
Dillon Francis was born and raised in Los Angeles, and his family would be classified in the upper-middle class. He was raised in a pretty strict household. He had limited time to hang out with friends, and he focused his life around studying during those early teenage years. He claims that with his parents being really strict it gave him the hard work ethic he has today. They were always on his case, but it lead him into the right direction. Dillon said when he was a teenager, " I don't go out often. When I'm at home, I am constantly working on music. I've tried to have two relationships, but I can't even handle relationships." That just shows that he was so committed at such a young age. Dillon's career really took off when he did collaboration with Diplo (another famous Moomba artist), and the song was called Que Que. Him collaborating with Diplo helped Dillon, because it really got his name out there. People figured that if he was working with Diplo, he had to have some talent; now Dillon is more famous than Diplo. Most of Dillon's music falls under the catogories of Trap and Moombahton, but he has also has some singles that are classified as Dubstep.
In February 2012, Dillon was the first Moombahton artist to reach the number 1 spot on a very popular website called Beatport.com. More recently Dillon, has been on his "Wurld Turr" across the United States and parts of Canada. He is currently working on a secret album that he will be releasing some time in late Spring. Also, Dillon recently played at Ultra Music Festival, which is the largest Music Festival in the United States, so clearly he is extremely proud of that. He has recently became fairly popular, so he definitely has a lot in front of him.
The Suit and Tie remix that Dillon Francis did is probably his most popular remix he has
ever done, so this tweet just shows that he got the "confirmation" from Justin Timberlake.
He basically wanted to inform his followers about the acceptance, but also wanted to get
excited about the new hot track.
